84 times I phoned this morning I haven’t been able to access care or treatment therefore I was not involved in my care. I understand the NHS is under pressure so for two weeks I have been managing my pain by exhausted all alternatives for a suspected sinus/ear infection including private dentist and chemist minor ailments. Am I really expected to go to A&E for treatment?

Ask yourselves why when i mentioned the practice to health practitioners do they roll their eyes a say they pity the patients of our clinic. This is not good enough for the patients nor can it be it good for staff morale. There is obviously systems failures.
