Share review of Tramways Medical Centre

I and my family have had excellent care from all staff in Tramways long before the Covid pandemic and, in particular, during the pandemic. I may have had to phone very early in the day to speak to someone but I have always got through and either had a script requested or offered a telephone appointment with a GP. The GP's have always been quick to call back and have been attentive, thorough and very caring - giving me time and answering all questions, no matter how trivial they many seem. On a number of occasions I, my husband and each of my children, at various points, have been brought into the surgery to see a GP for examination and treatment. I have been very grateful for the high standard of care we have received and have been referred to hospital for a number of procedures by GP's in the practice and have been seen quickly in AAH and elsewhere. The pressures on GP's at present are immense but I cannot fault any of the GP's, nurses, reception staff in Tramways as everyone is pleasant, very helpful and very efficient.

I honestly can't think of anything. Personally i would like to be able to access test results online but I fully appreciate that there may be concerns with this generally as a practice (ie non medically qualified people trying to understand medical information etc).
