Receptionist Bal ,unfriendly ,sarcastic , condescending, and seemed annoyed by my presence
(Having a chat with her colleague)
Insisted that instead of walking straight to the desk, when nobody else waiting, I had to walk round the queuing rails and then approach her from the correct direction !
Never mind that I am a patient, with a potentially serious illness.
A little power victory , is more important,
A smile and a warm friendly voice , seems to have been deleted , from her toolbox !
Male doctors fantastic , and absolutely professional .
