It is ridiculous to get an appointment. I phoned around five past eight and got a recorded message saying "all lines were busy" by the eigth time I phoned, I got put on hold - position 29 in the queue. 15 minutes later, I eventually get through and am told there are no more appointments today.
This is not good enough, and as I am 17 I am unable to use the online services yet.
I will not be able to phone for an appointment during the day next week as I will be in college.
I am honestly considering changing doctors as you should be able to get an appointment when you phone. Especially considering phone lines only open at 8am - if all appointments are gone by 20 past 8 it is not good enough service.
