Extremely rude receptionist. I am full time employee tried every single day from my busy schedule to make an appointment. Struggling with my medical issues but unfortunately after describing my medical problem they don’t want to give appointment. I have asked receptionist to give me appointment if not the same day, any other day. But she refused. Now I am going to take this matter to NHS
All the very best to Tower Hill Medical Centre and please fir the sake of patients change your receptionist they are good for nothing.
