I called at the surgery, the main door is locked(!) a queue had to wait to be fetched by the respective dept/surgery? After a long wait to enter, I managed to drop a letter with my blood pressure readings and request for 2 items, one to replace a existing medication, drops were not working so the chemist suggested a cream instead, and another item but was told the surgery cannot deal with the written request and that i must go to the practice's online access. Each time I tried, this message crops up "Geocode was not successful for the following reason: REQUEST_DENIED" Frankly this practice is making it as awkward as possible. Is it really reasonable to expect, after a written letter was handed in, to reject same and insist only an online request is acceptable? I cannot say there is a hive of activity inside the entire surgery but who know, perhaps everyone is off thanks to covid (?!) It is utterly baffling...
