Good - the courtesy with which I was spoken to, the interest the GP took in my "problems" and his concern that I was happy with his proposed action.
Receptionist are always very courteous and helpful.
Room for improvement.
I feel it should be easier to get an appointment to see a GP nearer to my choice of time.
