If you are thinking of joining this practice because you might at some point wish to see a doctor then this is probably not the surgery for you.
Spent 50 minutes on the phone this morning dialling several hundred times to be told that they now operate a "triage" scheme to test your worthiness for getting an appointment.
Seven hours later still waiting for the triage call..........
If you manage to miss the call because of a thousand legitimate reasons that's your lot. You only get one call and then you have to phone again.
I would imagine that the system works very well for doctors.
I am so pleased that they are no longer bothered by sick people.
