Tilehurst Village Surgery is one of exemplary service.
It is a cheerful place with a friendly, welcoming face, always.
It is warm and attractive as a surgery.
Its staff are cheerful, welcoming, polite and exceedingly helpful.
No dreaded dragons here!
Its surgery nurses are second to none.
They are highly professional, knowledgeable, experienced, skilful and quite charming as well. It is always a pleasure to see the nurses no matter what the treatment.
The overall confidence, efficiency and first class service of this practice is a model of NHS service at its VERY BEST.
I am privileged to be a patient at this surgery.
