It is difficult to get an appointment in the future. You are advised to ring at 8 am in the morning which is frustrating as it is unnecessary for non urgent appointments.
I am a patient of the surgery but often wait for an hour to get seen for my appointment.
The above said I still have received excellent treatment and service at this practice.
