I phoned yesterday 26/1 took about twenty minutes to get through, which I thought was good , the receptionist was lovely on the phone, got appointment within half hour , we didn't wait too long to see gp who was so lovely , he said he was helping out so not one off our permanent doctors, he was great with my daughter who's ten , talked her through what was wrong and what she needed to do ,thank you
