I have lived in Peterborough for several years and this surgery has declined into an unusable service. The receptionist is horrible, rude and will run you off the phone. You struggle to get an appointment and the phone just rings and rings.
Suggested improvements
Employ some more staff and train the ones you have how to speak to people.
