Can’t get an appointment, when you finally get through very unhelpful rude staff, have had ongoing medical problems and they just say no more to do. Changed doctors and within 2 hours an appointment and totally different kind caring doctors. Smear test 2 years overdue as can’t get an appointment Actually failing as a surgery

1 - make more phone lines available so can actually get though rather than not even being able to get in the queue 2 - retrain reception on people skills
