The receptionists are extremely rude, I have been at this practice for a number of years. there is one receptionist who needs to go on more training on how to speak to patients. She is totally lacking in compassion. Doctor Morcos has no interest if you speak to him about mental health difficulties. When I tried to talk to me he kept interrupting and gave me a leaflet and prescribed medication that didn't help.

Reception staff need training on how to speak to people. Dr Morcos needs to improve how he approaches mental health with patients.
