1, Unable to book non-urgent appointments in advance.
2. If you miss 8 am phone slot it is impossible to book an appointment.
3. Rarely see our own GP.
Suggested improvements
Re-establish the relationship between us and our family GP.
Have slots available for non-urgent appointments, and allow receptionists to book these at any time.
