This surgery is struggling with the volume of patients it has to deal with. It is extremely difficult to consistently see the same doctor, meaning you have to go over old ground whenever you meet a new doctor. Unfortunately the construction work is also putting pressure on the team. I had to pop in 3 times to obtain a blood test form.
Generally the medical team are good, but like much of the NHS overstretched.
