Share review of The Wall House Surgery

I very rarely go to this surgery unless I absolutely have to. I find some of the receptionists very helpful, but there is one who is the complete opposite. She was rude and believes she knows my health better than I do. I did complain but of course the whole matter was whitewashed over by the Practice Manager, even though other staff at the practice believed I had a very valid case and knew who I was talking about even though I personally didn't know her name. Question - why are most of the doctors female? Is it a personal preference for the Head of Practice?
