telephone constantly engagaged, when eventually you do get through staff abrupt and sounding stressed.
often have to attempt multiple times to get an answer on the telephone, even if early morning, then told no appointments available
To avoid all this have tried using online booking system. However it is so over run with adware that is is rendered completely unusable.

some of the doctors within the practice are very, good, they listen, give time and therefore offer trust.
some of the reception staff can be rather short and make you feel a little uneasy.
overall I am very happy to be a patient of Vine Medical Centre
