telephone constantly engagaged, when eventually you do get through staff abrupt and sounding stressed. often have to attempt multiple times to get an answer on the telephone, even if early morning, then told no appointments available To avoid all this have tried using online booking system. However it is so over run with adware that is is rendered completely unusable.
