Almost impossible to get an appointment! Tried online and my request was just closed by a receptionist! Called to get an appointment and went through the irritating phone systems auto attendant, press 1, press 2 etc... then got cut off! Website opening hours for Saturday have been wrong for years!

Suggested improvements
Get rid of 'System online' or make it more intuitive and easy to use. Answer the phone! Look, when people are ill, the last thing you want is to be logging in online to request to see a doctor or even a callback. Same for your phone system. Ultimately these systems will end up costing people their lives because they will either give up or not be able to understand what they are supposed to do.
