I received a text asking me to call and make an appointment for my annual blood test, I was offered various dates and times. I arrived about 4 minutes early, was seen on time by Yvonne who explained what was to happen and dealt with me in a professional and friendly manner.
Almost impossible to get an appointment!
Tried online and my request was just closed by a receptionist!
Called to get an appointment and went through the irritating phone systems auto attendant, press 1, press 2 etc... then got cut off!
Website opening hours for Saturday have been wrong for years!
At the end of May I suffered paralysing pains while in the south of England and, having struggled to drive back home, I made an appointment at this surgery for further diagnosis. A rather cursory check was made and I was advised to take some painkillers.
As my partner (who lives in Maltby) attends the hydro pool in Rotherham I asked whether I could have a note to be able to also use that facility. I was provided with a letter but that is not sufficient and I am now waiting for an appointment at the hospital. The pain is still with me and I do wonder just how long it will be before I can attend that appointment.
There does seem to be long delays between each stage of this process with very little communication regarding (the lack of) progress.
No problem to phone I got an appointment with one doctor I wanted to see. I was seen within 20 minutes of my given time. All the staff were very helpful.
I have total faith in the care myself and my family have been given since registering with the practice at the village surgery eight years ago
