I appreciate the huge demands on the NHS and support it wholeheartedly, however, I can't get through on the phone to my surgery to make an appointment. If I do get through, I am transferred to a hold area. After 4 - 5 minutes of no sound on the end of the line, I hang up. Please kindly improve the phone reception service.
