Virtually impossible to get through on the phone, and now the reception is closed unless you have a scheduled appointment so can't even go in to speak to a member of staff.

Suggested improvements
Answer the phone Contact patients when there is an issue with a prescription request Give your reception staff Customer Service training Be more proactive in problem-solving Care about your patients
