Always when I come for apoitment my apoitment there is late. My appointment is 10.50 (I came always before the time of my appointment) then before 11 came 5 British people and they of course not first time have been invited first to doctors room and me again waiting like stupid in waiting area mor then 30 min after my appointment time.

Treat foren people the same as British people. I never seen gp who works like this one.

Ulcerated foot on diabetes patient left untreated at diabetes review. Patient wrongly told to self refer to general podiatry clinic rather than diabetes specialist. Clinic referral by OP practice.

I had to deliver my mothers death certificate and the receptionist said. "I am sorry for your loss". I felt very cared for. It was wonderful.

The doctors, nurses and staff are great. I do not like the new system when you ring in for an appointment. On hold for 35 minutes- It never was that bad before always got through straight away and always got an appointment.
