My GP is Dr Sekhon and my 93 year old father's is Dr Pillai. We have had appointments with both doctors recently. I accompany my father to his. Both doctors are very approachable, patient, caring and take time to explain their views and options available. Both doctors have called me at home in the evening to follow up on tests or to check how my father's medication is working. My father has very poor hearing and several age related problems. The receptionists are always very understanding and helpful. It is so important to be able to have one GP for continuity of care but in an emergency or when the GP is on leave, we have seen other doctors in the practice and always been well looked after. It is difficult to know how they could improve the service.
