Today I saw Dr. Williams and have had more done in the past 2 weeks than in 10 years. She was very professional, had an amazing demeanor and I felt very comfortable throughout our appointments. I finally have a way forward and have been listened to. I cannot thank her and the surgery enough. Thank you!
Suggested improvements
Previously I have been told there is nothing wrong or just pushed aside by some Dr's here. I know gps are very busy with covid now but sometimes it has felt like they haven't cared or are too busy to pay attention.
