Every time I ring the surgery, which is rarely as I am aware they are extremely busy and I only go to the doctors If I really have to, I am made to state my issue and the receptionist decides if I need an appointment. They completely write me off everything and talk to me like I'm an idiot, I'm 20 years old, I pay my taxes and work within healthcare and have enough knowledge to know if j need a doctor or not. When I finally got an appointment the doctor be littled me and then answered her phone during our appointment. Good job my illness was not a sensitive issue. Now I still have the same issue and will have to ring them and try get an appointment all over again.
