There are so many tales going round about the inability to obtain GP appointments. That is not the case with St Lawrence surgery. I needed to see a doctor and , as my internet was down and I could not use e consult, I phoned up. The phone was answered with minutes and the person I spoke to could not have been more helpful. I obtained an appointment later that day. When I went to check in, I heard someone being rather awkward at reception. The patience of the receptionist was incredible! They managed to calm the person down and the patient went away in a much better frame of mind than when they arrived! Friends are envious of our surgery!
