They take forever to answer the phones, and after calling 35 times finally getting through they put you on hold for even longer. To make matters worse they then ask what the problem is over the phone and say a doctor will call back to see if its important enough to come in for an appointment or not? When did they ever used to be this bad. Wouldnt recommended atall.

We are sorry to read this review. We are trying very hard to meet the demand of having over 15,000 patients as other practices in Worthing close down due to a lack of doctors and/or resources. There is a national shortage of GPs and Nurses and we are trying to find a way to ensure that the Doctors, Nurses and Paramedics are utilized in the best possible way. This means we are trying to help patients over the phone when the do not need an appointment with the Doctor for a cold, viral infection, urine infection etc. We also hoped the new phone system would help patients understand how long it will be before their call is answered.
