I am writing this on behalf of my father . I wanted to know how to praise the surgery when you aren’t on their Facebook page and heard about this site. He often praises the surgery. I think he has missed going in the last year! He says that the receptionists are, without fail, always friendly, helpful and efficient. He needed to phone recently and said that he received the same from the person on the phone. He has never had a problem getting an appointment and doesn’t mind which doctor he sees as they are all so good. He saw a paramedic once and said he wouldn’t have known they weren’t a doctor! I would like to thank the surgery on behalf of myself and my father. You obviously do provide great care.
