I have been using this surgery for 11 years and have always found this surgery helpful, friendly and caring. In particular a receptionist called Viv has recently gone out of her way on two occassions to help with a situation I was in. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I really appreciate her help. The surgery is obviously extremely popular and I wonder if this is why it is sometimes hard to get appointments when you want them. Alternatives are always offered through MIAMI etc but for me I prefer to see doctors who I've seen before. I'm very grateful to have a surgery as good as this. Keep up the good work St Lawrence Avenue Surgery!
