Difficult to get through on the phone or make an appointment. Rude and abrupt reception staff. No longer take prescription requests over the phone or via email, no flexibility around this despite the urgency of required medication. Expected to hand deliver repeat prescription requests. Happy to leave patients without medication for weeks whilst waiting for appointments.

Suggested improvements
More flexibility in prescription requests for medication not on repeat or on the NHS app. This does not work for people who work and cannot visit the surgery to request vital medicines. Review your duty of care for the patients you manage.
