Can not get an emergency same day appointment with ease whatsoever bearing in mind I work full time.
Difficult to get through on the phone or make an appointment. Rude and abrupt reception staff. No longer take prescription requests over the phone or via email, no flexibility around this despite the urgency of required medication. Expected to hand deliver repeat prescription requests. Happy to leave patients without medication for weeks whilst waiting for appointments.
Can’t get through then when you do I’m trying to explain what I need to be spoken over and totally misunderstood e because I wasn’t being listened to. Then being told they don’t know what to do with my referral which also didn’t get there the first time. It is to do with my heart and I value my health , I’m being told there’s no staff call back another day. So I’m still non the wiser what is going on or even if a GP has looked at the referral which was sent weeks ago.
Phoned today at 10.45 and was on hold waiting for an answer then the phone was put down on me not great service
Never phone back when you need medication and when you phone back its shut not very helpful at all
