It would be great if appointments can be pre-booked and not only by a 'lottery' principle after calling at 8am in the morning. It usually takes 30min to get through to someone on the phone in the morning with no guarantee for an appointment on that day. Extremely frustrating , particular if my small baby needs looking after and you call during the day you are not able to get an appointment. Unhelpful receptionists.
