I find it really frustrating trying to get an appointment, so much so I often delay it as long as possible before I try, the surgery is miles to busy but are still taking on new patients, this I find really strange as they are not able to cope with the number they have.
The surgery does not seem to cater for people that go to work, I can never get a late evening or early morning, appointment, also the emergency appointment system is hopeless, you may need to see a doctor urgently but still have to go to work, and if you are lucky enough they offer you an appointment in the middle of the morning when you may already be at work.
I do not understand why they have a large number of Lambeth residents, as the surgery is in Merton, when myself and my partner were registered at a Lambeth practice off Streatham vale, they deregistered us, saying they were not funded for our care.
