If you phone up for an appointment you will only get offered something for next week+. To get an appointment while your actually still ill you need to go down first thing to get a cancellation appointment. This means getting there before eight, waiting till half past when the reception opens, then return later that day for the appointment. Don't be late as there will be twenty people waiting before you. Needing to take a whole day off work or wait a week is not convenient.

Appointment was on time and Doctor Hussain was in her normal very helpful mode. Very good.

Best to turn up at 8am outside the surgery if you need an appointment first thing in the morning, I got one at 08:50 this morning. Easeir than calling up and they let you in at 8am, even though reception staff aren't available until 08:30. This means you don't have to wait outside in bad weather!

Had to wait 2 weeks for a non urgent appointment - medication review. Dr was running 50 mins late
