When I phoned for an appointment, suspecting diabetes, a doctor phoned me at home the same day and wrote the authority for a blood test. Dr Hussain and nurse Mary Stephens explained everything clearly. The computer system was very efficient. Mary had all my details, prescriptions etc, in front of her. Very pleased with treatment. Everything us running smoothly and efficiently. Not sure anything could be improved.

Dr Sillick is wonderful, as are the ladies on reception. It can be hard to find a good GP surgery and I'm really glad to be registered at the Red Practice.

I have nearly always been able to get a doctors appointment on the same day as the 8.30am phone in. For this reason I am extremely impressed and grateful. I selected 'likely' above, however I would not want to encourage too many incoming new patients which could affect their appointment system! Thank you Red Practice Walton.

1) Never have a problem getting an appointment. 2) The ladies on receiption very helpful and professional (extremely patient). 3) Practice rooms very clean and tidy as are the toilets. 4) Plenty of parking 5) It would be nice to have a deducated doctor. We lost ours after the Blue Practice was dissolved. However I understand this is not practical given the ongoing cuts in the NHS. Roll on May 5th.
