I have very mixed feelings about Queen Edith Medical Practice. Sometimes, I call in and get a telephone appointment with a doctor and then I get called in the same day for a consult. Other times, I call and call and no answer what so ever. And then other times, I call, explain my condition to a receptionist and end up with an appointment 1 month later, even though all I require maybe is a referral for my private medical insurance. Because I never know what to expect of them, 1* feels indulgent.

Suggested improvements
The practice itself is not that bad once you get an appointment. Getting that appointment is the difficult part. I do not see the added value in speaking of my medical concern to a receptionist that cannot evaluate whether my condition is an urgent matter or not. I am ok with having an appointment booked in 3 weeks for a routine check up or for something that can wait, but when someone calls in because they have a symptom, booking an appointment in weeks is not exactly ideal, as you probably would need medical advice on the spot, not in 3 weeks.
