Probably best to sign on to a different surgery if you want a non urgent appointment.
Impossible to get through if you phone at 7am.
If you are lucky enough to get through any time after 8.30 it is more than likely all the evening appointments will have gone.
I was told that most of the long list of doctors displayed, work during the day.
Perhaps then given the enormous salaries that GPs earn, they ought to co-ordinate their times so that more work in the evening so that people who work can get to see them.
I was a patient with the Rochford Practice before it was closed by the CQC. At least with them you could see someone and they were open 7 days a week.
