Unfit for purpose. Telephone is never answered and yet if you go into the surgery, the waiting room is empty at all times of the day and receptionist staff are sitting at the window not answering the phone ?! If you want a jab of some sort, they'll see you, but chances of ever seeing a doctor are slim to none. It's being run as a profit driven business and totally denying it's patients any form of service. If you live in Rochford, go elsewhere.

Answer the phone Have sufficient doctor's appointments available for the number of patients on your books. Put the focus on patient care and not profits.

Have been with practice 18 months. Previous surgery went down hill after amalgamating with another surgery. Find Puzey Practice efficient and helppful, particularly Bev, a receptionist, who goes the extra mile to help. Very good all round surgery. Top marks.

ihave been at this surgery for 10 years it used to be okay except for 1 of the receptionists who has always been surley and rude.since covid it has become almost useless.it can take hours on the phone to get through only to be told to ring back next day and try all over again.they donot care for their patients.ayearly mot orfollow up is out of the question.totally not fit for purpose.have now come to the decision if donot change doctors my wife and i health will be compromised for the worst. my advise to anybody needing a doctor in rochford is stay clear of puzeys.i would rather go to a witchdoctor at least he would see you.i am changing doctors

I always see Dr Zaman as she is an excellent doctor who listens to me. I will always request to see her. I was having some problems and she put me in touch with James CAULFIELD, he was also an excellent listener and put me on the right path which has helped me very much. Thank You.

No appointments ever! 100x at least to get through on the phone avoid-or move doctors! Total rubbish.

Everything
