It would be nice to read here some feedback from the Surgery responding to many of the issues raised by patients. In particularly regarding invasive questions by reception staff, and the inability to get an appointment when a patient has a condition which needs immediate attention. Or perhaps something which could result in someones needless death if not addressed urgently.
