3 days in a row,phone engaged from exactly 8am on the dot till 12mins past 8 exactly and some how, every appointment gone even telephone consultations,3 days exactly the same,the place needs looked into as this is totally unacceptable,not even any advice giving especially as its never full the waiting room,and they have taking on more staff lol,take my advice and go to a proper doctors surgery that cares for its patients
