Telephone appointments is not good it sometimes takes 25 or 20 minutes to get through and then the appointments are gone and you have to ring next day
Suggested improvements
You could give medical examinations as long as people wore face masks and were sensible about the examination

3 days in a row,phone engaged from exactly 8am on the dot till 12mins past 8 exactly and some how, every appointment gone even telephone consultations,3 days exactly the same,the place needs looked into as this is totally unacceptable,not even any advice giving especially as its never full the waiting room,and they have taking on more staff lol,take my advice and go to a proper doctors surgery that cares for its patients

Absolutely impossible to get an appointment, having to wait weeks. Doctors won't carry out proper treatment because of NHS costs when it's apparent some things need treatment.
