I was a patient at this medical centre and have left. I found them negligent in their care and follow up. I still have health problems which after doing one test ruled out cancer and did not bother to try and resolve. I have seen a receptionist turn away a patient brought in from work, a diabetic with a sugar level of 1.4 she was told to return for afternoon surgery 3 hours later, she was barley conscious. the receptionists are rude, aggressive and I have patients crying due to their treatment of them. It feels like a cattle market with a high turnover of patients. My list could go on, I have since signed on with a new medical centre and the contrast in patient care, diagnosis and respect is a significant improvement. It is almost impossible to get an appointment. I was going abroad for 4 weeks and needed a repeat prescription and was told the only appointment was for when I was abroad. Despite explaining the medication was important for my condition from the neurologist I still could not get an appointment. I am flabbergasted by their attitudes.
