Very disappointed. I was given an appointment in two weeks time (April 4th) which I find excessive and the date/time of the confirmation did not match the date/time on the earlier pages on the web site. Some of the starred answers on the survey do not apply to the issue I am writing about.

Our small family has been with the surgery for over 7 years. We are extremely happy with the level care and support we have received. I have had to call for an emergency appointments often and have always been able to see or speak to a doctor. Lovely reception staff and very clean premises. Thank you all

I'm a young patient of this Nhs and my problem started in October with my womens problem. I booked few appointment to the doctor and all his answer was just wait nothing he can do or just didn't wanted to do anything because I'm young and healthy. So I kept calling them as I knew my problem is abnormal as I know my body well enough to know I've got sonething. After a month begging them to send my for overial scanning finally happened... After two weeks they still no report or any kind of results about my health condition! So I have decided to go to a gynaecologist where they sent me for a proper check up and blood test. They told me I've got holes on my Overian and also my prolactin level was too high and prescribed me few medication. All in all I'm so upset about this NHS service what they providing to young people!!! It's just disgraceful!!!

Three generations of my family have been registered at the Phoenix Practice over the years. The practice has always provided an excellent GP service. Yes, sometimes you have to redial repeatedly or hang on the telephone line for ages before you get through to someone; sometimes you have to sit in the waiting room for a while or wait a few days for a non-urgent appointment - but please show me one single NHS GPs that DOESN'T have exactly the same issues. I'm always surprised when I hear people complain in the waiting room that they're having to wait ages for their appointment. I think we should be grateful we're still getting excellent, free, same day medical care despite the government's efforts to stop this happening. Considering the cuts, the red tape and paperwork, not to mention how incredibly busy this surgery seems to have become in recent years, the Phoenix Practice has never let us down. All the GPs and nurses are excellent, dedicated and helpful and I feel extremely lucky to have such a wonderful local GP service somehow managing to thrive in such challenging times.

I find that if I can get to see any of the doctors then the care and treatment is good HOWEVER the man who works on reception is abrupt, rude and dismissive. I've been waiting for test results for my daughter for 4 weeks...Apparently they are finally in today and reluctantly he said he would get the nurse to call me back. Not surprisingly I am still waiting for a call back. He is really letting this practice down.
