Been coming to this surgery for years. Doctors and nurses are very good but I find receptionist very unhelpful. Even the former one.Because of the virus spreading I understand that they will not allow to let people come in. I came to request for a repeat prescription. I rang the bell and was told to write it on a piece of paper and drop it in the letter box there were two other client came to pick up their prescriptions. When the receptionist opened the door and gave the prescriptions to the other two patients I asked if I need to write it in a prescription form, she said there was no need to do that. Although I got a pen I don’t have a piece of paper to write it down so I ask for just a piece of paper. She said they don’t have anything at the moment. ( and does she expect me to believe that?) It wouldn’t even take her a minute. She said she couldn’t get in and get out and get in and get out. She’ll just need to hand a piece of paper for prescription and that’s it. As she said I could just drop it in the mailbox. She should not be a receptionist she’s not very helpful. Their door is locked for the time being and it’s her job to come in and out to the door to approach and serve the client. I think she just want to sit in her chair as much as possible. She’s too lazy. Given the Circumstances, and it’s the usual operation I will do it and put it in the prescription box myself.

Why are you closed for two hours every day of the week? I want to know firstly why you need to close at all, and why for two hours? I don't know of any other business where the business closes for two whole hours every day in the way you do... Except in Spain.

The reception and administrative staff at this practice are unhelpful and always behave as though they are doing a favour to you, when actually they are just doing their job, and that too, quite shabbily. 2 doctors at this practice are absolutely brilliant - Dr Uzoka and Dr Stein. Their clinical and interpersonal skills are outstanding. They are the reason why we continue to be enrolled at this practice, even though each interaction with this service is painful due to the obstructive staff at reception.

This surgery has 2 wonderful doctors - Dr Uzoka and Dr Stein, but sadly the most unhelpful reception and administrative staff.
