The male receptionist when I telephoned with a general question/query was extremely short making me feel I was wasting his time and I felt he couldn't get me of the phone quick enough. This sort of person and their attitude is the reason all GP reception staff have a bad reputation. Aand I know they are not all like him. He is definitely in the wrong job as he should have a kind understanding towards people for in fact they are calling as they are unwell and so are reassured by a helpful manner.......NOT an ignorant one
