THREE AMAZING DOCTORS WHO DO NOT RUSH YOU, THEY ALL HAVE TIME TO LISTEN TO YOUR PROBLEM, ALONG WITH THE TWO NURSES WHO ARE HIGHLY QUALIFIED AND LIKE THE DOCTORS IN THE PHOENIX PRCTICE ARE ABSOLUTE JEMS,ALSO I FIND THE RECEPTION STAFF EXTRMELY POLITE AND HELP FULL, BUT THERE IS A BUT! IN ANY ORGANISATION THERE IS ALLWAYS A FLY IN THE OINTMENT! AND THIS IS WITH A MEMBER OF THE RECEPTION TEAM, LET ME ENLIGHTEN THEE; EG; SKILLS REQUIRED FOR A RECEPTIONIST;be friendly and welcoming; I KNOW ITS NOT A HOTEL; however try it. be patient and understanding, it aint easy being unwell or in pain, despite the odd LEG SWINGERS AND WHINGERS. work with all types of patients despite the fact that some can be a real pain in the backside, so just grin and scream when you get home, it is not easy dealing with angry and upset people who are unwell, just remember it could be you or yours next time. good communication skills. LACKING IN CERTAIN CASES. AND FOR GODS SAKE DO NOT BE ABRUBT ON THE PHONE REMEMBER YOU ARE THE FIRST POINT OF CANTACT AND FIRST IMMPRESIONS COUNT, YOU UPSET THE PATIENT ON THE BLOWER AND IT COULD BE A CASE OF WELL I AM NOT USEING THOSE QUACKS ANYMORE IF THATS HOW THEY RESPOND 0N THE PHONE; RESULT! LOST PATIENT/CUSTOMER REDUCTION IN POSSIBE REVENUE. BAD NEWS HAS WINGS AND BOY CAN IT FLY.............
