Please will the doctors at the Phoenix Practice look into the performance of one of their receptionists, she is abrupt and abrasive letting the team badly down.
Also, I wish the nurses at the practice would stop fobbing me off with sample tubes of creams when i have a continuing skin complaint. Next time I am going to take an appointment to see the doctor.
Basically a bit sloppy round the edges at the Phoenix.
