I've had a CT scan at Royal Free on the 20th of April. After 2 weeks I went back to see if they have the report and they've said to me they have it but I have to go to my GP to ask them to send a fax to ask for the report because they will not give it to me. I have been to Phoenix practice in the same day, on the 4th of May to tell them what was the issue. Phoenix Practice has told me the secretary will chase them up and she will contact me after. Nothing has happened for a week and I had to call them back on the 11th of may. they've told me the same story...the secretary will contact you. I still didn't hear anything from them. How lazy can you be and inconsiderate? Completely amateurs! Go and wash some dishes if the current job is not for you!!!
